I read an article on Slate today that included a letter from Kurt Vonnegut to some students. The thing that jumped out at me was this quote, “Keep your hat on. We may end up miles from here.” It’s wonderful, isn’t it. So, during lunch today I made a little poster for it.

I recently saw “The Help” and really liked this line from the movie. As a father to a little baby girl I’ve thought about what I want to say to her to help her along the way and this line seemed perfect.

Lunch time work poster, meaning I made this during lunch today and it’s about work. As a kid I would listen to this Fraggle Rock record and it had a song that started out that way. Not sure if anyone else remembers it, but for some reason today it came to mind. I hope to make more “Workin” type posters in the future.
